At the beginning of 2020 we would have never believed that by the end of the year we would have sold our house and moved our family of 7 (plus a dog of course) to our dream home/hobby farm in the country. We knew we were outgrowing our tiny house and we would eventually have to move to find more space for our kids to grow, but the idea of actually pulling it off seemed impossible. Then the pandemic hit and suddenly everything changed and it became obvious that we couldn't live on top of each other for too much longer. Joanne breezed in with a plan and before we knew it, she had everything organized to get us ready to sell, and was actively searching for our new home. Throughout the process she kept us calm and stress-free and provided excellent advice.  She became part of the family, making sure all our needs were met, down to the youngest of our children and, of course, the dog. We felt very confident knowing Joanne was on our side.  She was just as excited as we were to find our new home in the country and once the sale of our house went through and things were finalized at the farm she gifted us with a giant triangle to call in the kids for supper - a fun idea we had joked about during our first visit to the farm. We were so touched by her thoughtfulness - if not for Covid-19, she would have been bear hugged!  We can't recommend Joanne highly enough.  She is definitely the one you want working for you.  Thank you so much Joanne, we are so very happy in our new home!
